The mural has been there for 30 years; no one remembers who painted it.
However, I was contacted via Email by Ernest M. Saenz, who wrote that he was the artist. He added "I had help with the mural from some of the Mary Street gang, Paul Sanchez, Frank Trejo (Karate Celebrity) and Phillip (Peewee) Pasos."
